• Where can I purchase tickets?

    You can purchase tickets from the La Perle website, Platinumlist or via one of the dedicated ticketing counters situated in The Atrium, Al Habtoor City.

  • What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?

    If your tickets have been lost, stolen or damaged then please visit the ticket booth along with proof of purchase, where they will investigate the issue and possibly provide a replacement ticket.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange?

    There are no refunds or exchanges in the case of personal circumstances. In the event of a show being cancelled, a new show will be rescheduled or a voucher will be provided.

  • Where can I collect my tickets?

    You can access your tickets via email confirmation, mobile website, or print your tickets at home. Tickets can be collected at the ticketing counter in The Atrium, Al Habtoor City.

  • Can I resell my tickets?

    No, any tickets that were resold will be voided without any refund.

  • How do I make a special access booking?

    Designated seats will be held for audience members with special needs, as well as those accompanying them. In order to make a special access booking, contact boxoffice@laperle.com

  • How do I make a group booking?

    For all bookings of 20 or more, please contact the group sales team sales@laperle.com

  • How do I make a business booking?

    For all business bookings, please contact the sales team sales@laperle.com

  • How many tickets can I make in one transaction?

    You can book up to 20 tickets in one transaction – for bookings of 20 or more please contact the sales team through sales@laperle.com, who will gladly assist with your request

  • What happens if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled?

    In the event that a performance is cancelled, a new performance will be scheduled or you will be provided with a voucher for your ticket. Proof of purchase will be required for any refund or exchange and La Perle will communicate with the owner of the ticket as to how and when the refund or exchange can take place.

  • What happens if I forget my tickets?

    If you have forgotten your tickets, please visit the ticket booth, along with proof of purchase in order for them to possibly provide you with a replacement ticket.

  • Can I purchase tickets outside of the UAE?

    Yes – tickets can be purchased via the La Perle website or www.Platinumlist.net

  • Can I pick specific seats?

    Yes – during the booking process, when prompted, just click on your chosen available seat(s) and they will be reserved for you.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

    If you arrive late to a show, you will only be admitted into the venue during a suitable break in order to avoid disturbing other audience members. Latecomers may also be seated in different seats to avoid disruption of the show. As you wait to be seated in the venue, there will be several screens that will allow you to still enjoy the show. This is to ensure you never miss a moment.

  • What happens if I can’t make a performance?

    There are no refunds or exchanges as a result of personal circumstances.

  • What documents should I bring upon ticket collection?

    All audience members who choose to collect their tickets in person will need to present the credit card used for the reservation and a photo ID for verification purposes.
